You can custom order Bookmark It! Handcrafted Bookmarks for any occasion along with choosing the color of the beads and ribbon. Customized paper bookmarks are also available for purchase. Visit our Customize It! page for specific details.
About the Owner Bookmark It! Handcrafted Bookmarks is the brainchild of KC Girlfriends Book Club president TaNisha Webb. The concept for Bookmark It! came about while making appreciation gifts for her guests at a literary event. The experience was so enjoyable that TaNisha decided to make more bookmarks, and with the encouragement and feedback from family and friends, decided to sell them to others in what is now known as Bookmark It! Handcrafted Bookmarks

It can take up to 3 days to fill an order plus the amount of days to ship the order based on the shipping method the customer choose.
Customize It! orders will take longer to make and to ship depending on the quantity amount. This will be determined at the time of the price quote.

Yes. $2 restocking fee.

Refunds and/or exchanges are on a case by case basis i.e. damaged item, color etc.
How much time does the customer have to make a return?
14 business days
How long does it take to process a refund?
14 days AFTER the product has been returned in the same state that it was originally sold.
Is an authorization number (RMA, RA, etc.) required before customer can return product?
Yes.
What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return?
Customer must contact Bookmark It! Handcrafted Bookmarks within 14 business days of purchase in writing by emailing us at bookmarkit@ymail.com
Please include the following:
1. Your first/last name
2. Contact number
3. Reason for return
4. What you are seeking to rectify issue (exchange/return)
5. Authorization number(should be listed on the receipt/invoice) so that we can track your order.

Customize It! Bookmarks Policy
All Customize It! Bookmarks orders must be pre-paid. The customer has 3 business days to cancel the order AFTER payment has been received in order to receive a full refund.
Materials for Customize It! Bookmarks will not be purchased nor the actual production of the bookmarks will begin until full payment is received and after the 3 business day wait period has passed.
Because Customize It! Bookmarks are special orders, this particular item cannot be returned or exchanged once the production has begun. A proof of the product will be sent to the customer within 2 days once the production of the bookmarks has taken place to help guarantee satisfaction. The customer has 48 hours to approve the proof.
